$13 when booking online - $14 pay at the door. WORKOUT IN THE DARK WITH LIVE DJ! This workout fuses all of our programs together meaning you will get a full body cardio and weighted workout using just 4 moves per track! Box to Beyonce, Squat to Skrillex, easy moves, amazing beats! We mix in 2-3 BURN tracks so don't forget your 1.5-2kg dumbbells (We have a few spare to borrow) Make sure you have hand weights, a yoga mat and lots of water. Please wear sneakers for safety reasons. (Booking $13 online, or $14 pay at the door)
