A 1 hour workout in the dark inspired to light up your soul. We place epic music with our LIVE DJ & give you high and low options so everyone can follow along. All our music is licenced so you know every-damn-song and can sing along while not caring about how you look. YES we are also for the uncoordinated BUT we cater for all, so if you want to feel like Sporty and high kick you can, feeling more like Posh...go lower and just shimmy those hips!
