WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

1. Please wear sneakers not heels, but sexy it up with some fishnet, booty shorts, harnesses, long socks, whatever makes you feel DAMN GOOD!
2. Bottle of water, knee pads (necessity!), sweat towel & yoga mat
